Returns

Eligibility for returns depends on the product or service purchased. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, the general return rules are:

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (where applicable).

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are typically non-returnable unless otherwise stated:

  • Digital goods after download or delivery (e.g., e-books, software, digital subscriptions).
  • Gift cards, downloadable content, custom or personalized items made to order.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship according to the provided instructions.

Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of your refund or exchange. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
